If any of you live around the Orange County area then you are probably familiar with 4th Street Market. It’s basically a building which houses multiple food establishments. It gives off a very hipster-young vibe. Let me start off by saying I haven’t had a good meal in the Market and find most of the food are way too hyped up. Also, expensive. Can’t forget that when you’re a young broke 20-something (:P). So I was dragged here by a friend to eat at Wingman Kitchen. I already said aloud that I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be very good.
Well, lo and behold I was so wrong.
Wingman Kitchen is probably the only place I have liked at 4th Street Market. Me and my friend ordered their 10pc chicken wings for $10. Pretty worth it and not too expensive. We got half Buff Chick (Buffalo sauce) and half Cluckin’ Good (most popular and sweet garlic sauce flavor). What I like about the chicken is not only the flavor but the fact that it is so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Since I’m not a huge Buffalo sauce fan, I stuck with the Cluckin’ Good and let me tell you…They were motha-cluckin’ awesome! I really enjoyed the flavor of it. My friend likened the flavor to Panda Express which may or may not be accurate.
I honestly give this place 5/5 stars. I would definitely come here again and hope you do too.
